When you complete the on line valuation form our experts will use those details, along with the information we obtain from authorities such as the College of Architects, the Association of Quantity Surveyors and local bank managers to arrive at a conservative figure that we feel will be as accurate as possible. Please bear in mind that our on line survey will not be enough to obtain a loan or mortgage from a bank or financial institution as they stipulate that the survey must be carried out physically by one of their approved surveyors.

The valuation is arrived at by analysing all the information given to us and therefore it is important that you check your escritura (deeds) and make sure to supply us with the correct amount of land and the correct amount of building stated. In the case of a difference between the real m2 and the escritura please mention it in the “any further information box” provided.
