Good feedback from www.propertiesdirectspain.com  website. We have been told that advertisers of properties under the 400,000€ mark have received serious direct enquiries. Please remember that it is still a buyers market and you have to be prepared to lower your prices if you really need to sell. I am off to France on Sunday as a guest at a long awaited wedding and although extremely excited and looking forward to catching up with my Irish relatives I will be taking my P.C. with me. So keep those adverts coming in as it will be business as usual…well almost.
